Credit Resolution launches new Web site to introduce Web based commercial collection agency services.

5.2003:
Credit Resolution is merged into Real Time, LLC a company working as consultants to Yahoo!-Inc., to enhance Yahoo! technology and to create high-end Yahoo! Stores with functionality not available via Yahoo!'s platform. 

5.2000:
Ackermann appointed Consultant and National Director of Special Accounts at CCH an agency owned by a 200 million dollar parent company.

3.02.92:
The Wall Street Journal quotes Ackermann in an article about the "...kinder gentler collection approach" a change in a maligned  profession.

2.92:
The Kiplinger Newsletter, Philadelphia Inquirer and other national papers pick up the story of Richard Ackermann and the collection agency where less is more...

1.19.92:
New York Newsday features Richard Ackermann and Credit Resolution in a two page Sunday Business Section special on the use of technology to effect collection.

7.21.90:
Consolidated Recovery merges with Credit Resolution Corporation forging relationships with law firms, real estate companies, businesses and banks across the United States.

12.24.1986:
Consolidated Recovery Group, Inc. is officially established on December 24th, 1986 in New York State to serve the needs of commercial collection clients around the World.
